Come along to a series of group healing sessions where you'll learn how to switch off from the go, go, go of your day to day world enabling you to home in and reconnect with yourself, reintegrating with your true desires, while reinforcing that feel good feeling and sense of calm.

Re-balance yourself, unwind, release tension, use your imagination, breathe and re-energize.

To offer support and healing to my community during the current climate, I will be offering weekly sessions every Wednesday at 7.30 pm via Zoom for approximately 40 minutes.

Sessions are currently free of charge for the month of April 2020. Moving forward I will arrange a membership scheme to all guests for fortnightly sessions at £10 p/m.
